Very peacefully set in 2 acres of private wooded land, yet with easy access to the main Skye road, this detached house has wonderful views over Loch Duich to the hills and mountains beyond. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty with abundant wild-life, opportunities for sea excursions and loch fishing and wonderful mountain/hill walking - high on the peaks of the nearby Five Sisters of Kintail or through glens to the Falls of Glomach, one of Britain's highest waterfalls. This attractive 2 storey house is extremely well insulated and triple glazed, providing warm, comfortable accommodation, ideal for a holiday at any time of the year. The bright sunny rooms are furnished in modern 'Scandinavian style' and the bedrooms have coombed ceilings and Velux windows.
